Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds:
    • Monthly Plans: We generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the AI credits have been utilized.
    • Technical Errors: If you were charged twice or experienced a technical failure that prevented use, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Contact: For refund requests, email support@merusx.ai with your Transaction ID.
